GoStrong User Agreement

Generally, when you use the services provided by the GoStrong APP (hereinafter referred to as: GoStrong), GoStrong will collect various information to improve operating efficiency and do our best to provide you with the best products, services, and experience. We specifically remind you to read carefully and fully understand the "GoStrong Service Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") - you should carefully read and fully understand all the terms in this "Agreement", including the exemption clauses that exempt or limit GoStrong's liability and the restrictive terms of your rights. Please read carefully and choose to accept or not accept this "Agreement" (minors should read it accompanied by a legal guardian). Unless you accept all terms of this "Agreement", you have no right to register, log in, or use the services provided by GoStrong. Your registration, login, and use will be regarded as acceptance of this "Agreement" and agree to be bound by its terms. This "Agreement" is the agreement between you and GoStrong regarding your registration, login, and use of the GoStrong services. This "Agreement" describes the rights and obligations between GoStrong and you regarding the GoStrong services. "User" refers to individuals or organizations that register, log in, use, or browse the services.

I. Usage Rules

  • You fully understand and agree that GoStrong only provides a platform for you to share, transmit and obtain information. You must be responsible for all actions under your registered account, including any content you transmit and the consequences arising therefrom. You should judge the content in GoStrong on your own and bear all risks arising from using the content, including risks due to reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the content. GoStrong cannot and will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by user actions.
  • The content you transmit through the GoStrong services or via GoStrong does not reflect GoStrong's views or policies, and GoStrong does not assume any responsibility for this.
  • You fully understand and agree that GoStrong provides a point-to-point instant sharing service based on the user network. You must bear full responsibility for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, and validity of the registration information on GoStrong. You shall not impersonate others; You shall not spread any information in the name of others; You shall not maliciously use registered accounts to cause other users to misidentify; otherwise, GoStrong has the right to immediately stop providing services, reclaim the GoStrong account, and you alone bear all legal responsibilities arising therefrom.
  • You fully understand and agree that GoStrong has a free right to use any public information you publish on GoStrong. The scope of use includes within the GoStrong application and other regions and areas permitted by law outside the application.
  • You shall be fully responsible for the authenticity, legality, harmlessness, and validity of the information transmitted on GoStrong. Any legal responsibility related to the information you disseminate shall be borne by you alone, which is irrelevant to GoStrong.
  • GoStrong reserves the right to change, suspend, limit, terminate or revoke the GoStrong services wholly or partly at any time without any notice for business development needs; You should bear this risk. After updating the corresponding terms, users can re-download and install the software or check the latest version of the agreement in the APP settings. After GoStrong modifies the terms of the "Agreement", if users do not accept the modified terms, please stop using the software and services provided by GoStrong immediately. The continued use will be regarded as acceptance of the modified agreement.
  • The services provided by GoStrong may include advertisements. You agree to display advertisements provided by GoStrong and third-party suppliers and partners during use.
  • Users shall not use GoStrong or GoStrong services to produce, upload, copy, and send the following content:
    • Content that opposes the basic principles established by the constitution;
    • Endangering national security, leaking state secrets, subverting state power, and undermining national unity;
    • Damaging national honor and interests;
    • Inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination, undermining national unity;
    • Undermining national religious policies, advocating cults and feudal superstitions;
    • Spreading rumors, disturbing social order, undermining social stability;
    • Spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror, or abetting crimes;
    • Insulting or defaming others, infringing upon the legal rights of others;
    • Information containing any other content prohibited by laws or administrative regulations.
  • GoStrong may, at its reasonable discretion, against content that violates relevant laws and regulations or the provisions of this agreement; infringes, hinders, threatens anyone's rights or safety, or impersonates others, GoStrong has the right to legally stop transmitting any of the aforementioned content, and has the right to take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates the terms of this provision at its discretion, including but not limited to, deleting content from the GoStrong services that is illegal, infringing, improper, etc., terminating the membership of the violator, preventing their use of all or part of the GoStrong services, and according to the laws and regulations keep related information and report to the relevant departments. If the judiciary confirms that GoStrong's judgment is wrong, users agree that GoStrong is not responsible for all consequences caused by this.
  • GoStrong reserves the right to replace, modify, upgrade the version of this "software" at any time, and to charge fees for replacement, modification, or upgrade. This "software" has the "upgrade prompt" function activated by default for users, depending on the software version used by the user, GoStrong provides the user with the option to enable this function or not. After the new version of the software is released, GoStrong does not guarantee the continued availability of the old version of the software. GoStrong reserves the unilateral right to change or limit some functions or effects of the software as needed for business development, and users should bear this risk.
  • User rights and obligations:
    • The ownership of the GoStrong account belongs to GoStrong. After completing the registration process, users obtain the right to use the GoStrong account. This right of use belongs only to the initial registrant and is prohibited from being given, borrowed, rented, transferred, or sold. GoStrong, due to operational needs, reserves the right to reclaim the GoStrong account from users.
    • Users have the right to change or delete personal data, registration information, and transmitted content on GoStrong, but they should note that deleting relevant information will also delete any text and images stored in the system. Users must assume this risk.
    • Users are responsible for the security of registered account information and account password information and are legally responsible for the actions under the registered account and password. Users agree not to use other members' accounts or passwords under any circumstances. If you suspect that someone else is using your account or password, you agree to notify GoStrong immediately.
    • Users should abide by the various terms of this agreement, correctly and appropriately use this service. If a user violates any of the terms in this agreement, GoStrong has the right to terminate the service of the GoStrong account for the defaulting user according to the agreement. At the same time, GoStrong reserves the right to reclaim the GoStrong account and username at any time.
    • If a user has their own commonly used English account, the user has the priority to register that English account as a GoStrong account. However, if the user has not registered a GoStrong account within a certain period after the launch of the GoStrong services or although the user has registered a GoStrong account but does not use the English account as the GoStrong account, it is regarded as the user's waiver of the right to register the English account as a GoStrong account. GoStrong has the right to reclaim the English account and allocate it to other users for use, so as to avoid wasting resources. Users themselves should bear any problems caused thereby.
    • If a user registers a GoStrong account but does not log in for a long time, GoStrong has the right to reclaim the account to avoid wasting resources. Users themselves should bear any problems caused thereby.

II. Privacy Statement

GoStrong will protect your information in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations and relevant policies and will handle related information in accordance with the confidentiality requirements of laws and regulations.
  • Collection and use of personal information of minors
    • GoStrong attaches great importance to the safety and protection of minors' personal information collection and use. GoStrong suggests that any minor under the age of 16 participating in online activities should obtain the written consent of their parents or their legal guardians (hereinafter referred to as "guardians") in advance. Without the prior consent of the guardian, GoStrong will not use the personal information of minors, nor disclose identifiable information to any third party, unless it is necessary to provide services to minors. With the consent of the guardian, GoStrong may collect personal information of minors, but the guardian has the right to refuse GoStrong to further collect their child or ward's personal information, and has the right to review or request GoStrong to delete the personal information of the minor. GoStrong guarantees not to ask minors to provide additional personal information as a condition for allowing them to participate in online activities.

III. Disclaimer

  • If a user violates the provisions of this "Agreement" or related service terms and causes or produces any claims, demands, or losses from any third party, including reasonable attorney fees, the user agrees to compensate GoStrong and its cooperative companies and affiliates, and to prevent them from being damaged.
  • GoStrong and its cooperating units do not bear any responsibility for all losses suffered by users due to third-party issues such as telecom department communication line failures, technical problems, network, computer failures, system instability, and other various force majeure reasons.
  • In case of service interruption or failure to meet user requirements due to technical failure or other force majeure events affecting the normal operation of the service, GoStrong and its cooperating units promise to cooperate with relevant units in the first time to promptly handle and repair, but for all losses suffered by users as a result thereof, GoStrong and its cooperating units do not assume any responsibility.
  • Like most Internet services, this service is affected by differences including but not limited to user reasons, network service quality, social environment, and may be subject to invasion by various security issues, such as others using user information, causing harassment in real life; users’ computers are threatened by "Trojan horses" and other viruses contained in other software or websites accessed by users, and the safety of user computer information and data is threatened, affecting the normal use of this service, etc. Users should strengthen information security and user information protection awareness, and pay attention to strengthening password protection to avoid losses and harassment.
  • Users must understand that using this service involves Internet services, which may be affected by unstable factors at various links. Therefore, this service has risks of service interruption or inability to meet user requirements due to force majeure, computer virus or hacker attacks, system instability, user location, user shutdown, and any other technical, internet network, communication line reasons, etc. Users must bear the above risks. GoStrong makes no guarantee. GoStrong does not assume any responsibility for the user's inability to send and receive read messages, or for sending or receiving erroneous messages.
  • Users must understand that there are risks in the process of using this service that include threatening, defamatory, objectionable or illegal content or behavior or infringement of others' rights (including intellectual property) anonymous or pseudonymous information from anyone. Users must bear the above risks. GoStrong and its cooperative companies do not provide any type of guarantee for this service, whether explicit or implicit, including all implied guarantees and conditions regarding information authenticity, appropriateness, suitability for a particular purpose, ownership, and non-infringement. GoStrong does not assume any responsibility for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, and consequent damages caused by improper or illegal use of the service by users.
  • The information content defined by GoStrong includes: text, software, sound, photos, video, charts; all content in advertisements; commercial information provided by GoStrong to users, all of these contents are protected by copyright, trademark law, patent law, anti-unfair competition law, corresponding international treaties and other intellectual property laws and regulations. Therefore, users can only use these contents under the authorization of GoStrong and advertisers, and cannot copy, modify, compile these contents, or create derivative products related to the content without authorization.
  • GoStrong does not assume any legal responsibility for the occurrence of the following related matters:
    • GoStrong provides your personal information in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations or relevant governmental requests;
    • Due to you informing others of the user password or sharing the registered account with others, leading to any leak of your personal information, or other personal information leakage not due to GoStrong's reasons;
    • Any third party uses your personal information according to the situation stated in the terms of service and statements of GoStrong, and the disputes arising therefrom;
    • Temporary website closure caused by hacker attacks, computer virus intrusion, or government control;
    • Any consequences caused by force majeure;
    • GoStrong does not assume any legal responsibility for the usage methods or disclaimers stated in the various service terms and statements.

IV. Intellectual Property Protection

  • Intellectual Property Statement
    • This "software" is developed by Hou Xinzhe (individual). All intellectual property rights, such as copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, etc., related to this "software", as well as all information content related to this "software", including but not limited to: textual description and its combination, icons, decorations, charts, colors, interface design, layout framework, relevant data, print materials, or electronic documents are protected by the Copyright Law of the People's Republic of China, Trademark Law, Patent Law, Anti-Unfair Competition Law and corresponding international treaties, and other intellectual property laws and regulations, except for software or technology authorized by third parties. Hou Xinzhe (individual) owns the aforementioned intellectual property rights.
    • Without the written consent of GoStrong, users are not allowed to implement, utilize, transfer, or authorize any third party to implement, utilize, or transfer the above-mentioned intellectual property rights for any profit or non-profit purposes. Hou Xinzhe (individual) reserves the right to pursue the unpermitted acts mentioned above.
  • "Software" Authorization Scope
    • Users can install, use, display, and run this "software" on a single terminal device for non-commercial purposes. Users may not install, use, or run this "software" for commercial operation purposes, and may not copy, change, modify, connect to run or create any derivative works of the software or the data released into the memory of any computer terminal during the operation of the software or the interactive data between the client and the server side during the operation of the software, including but not limited to using plugins, add-ons, or non-authorized third-party tools/services access this "software" and related systems.
    • Without the permission of GoStrong, users shall not install this "software" on other terminal devices not explicitly authorized by GoStrong. This includes but is not limited to set-top boxes, handheld devices, telephones, wireless internet devices, game consoles, TVs, DVD players, etc.
    • Reserved Rights: All other rights not explicitly authorized still belong to GoStrong, and users must obtain GoStrong's written consent when using other rights.
